Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a creative mindset to develop and deliver sophisticated content across multiple platforms for the clients of our boutique sports marketing and media relations agency headquartered a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean in Jacksonville Beach, Fla. 


This individual will work closely with clients on the planning and execution of digital marketing for events and brands with an emphasis on social media as well as through email and online campaigns. The skillset for candidates should include creative thinking, strategic planning, project management and self-motivation as well as expertise in design and copywriting. 


The Digital Marketing Manager will …

• plan and execute unique social media campaigns to market a variety of events and brands 

• manage day-to-day social media content posting

• track customer feedback on social media

• engage with fans, including as a customer service representative as necessary

• monitor accounts of athletes, partners and other events to interact when appropriate

• design, edit and produce multimedia content including video, graphics, photography, audio and text

• coordinate enhanced event coverage with other members of social media team

• collaborate with event staff, including, but not limited to, management, marketing, communications, sponsorship and ticketing

• work with partners to develop sponsored content 

• contribute to social media advertising campaigns

• design direct to consumer email marketing pieces

• write, edit and produce content for websites including advertisements

• design for print publications 

• analyze and report on data related to content performance 

• adhere to established brand standards for each respective client

• deliver content that is relevant and true to each client’s unique voice and tone

• stay current with latest trends and technological advancements in digital media

• roll with it when other responsibilities not mentioned need handling

• work on some nights and weekends, based on the event schedules

• travel to event locations

• confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information

• understanding of brand identities and the unique voice for individual entities 

• proficiency with programs included in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office

• strong interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication

• professionalism in appearance and demeanor
